His name is Vitas Bumac, a Russian, but according to his profiles, he was borned in Latvia. If the wonder woman Misia can sing up to 5 octaves, Vitas can sing more than that I think! I bet his high-pitched harmonics shattered numerous glasses before.

How about playing this song on your piano?

It’s not that hard. All you have to do is to scratch through your keyboard to imitate the transition from low tone to the so called “dolphin’s whistle” pitch.

Happy Birthday to AhDoe.com!!! I’ve almost forgotten about this until I checked my handphone reminder in the toilet yesterday. (Toilet?!?!?!)

I’d better skip the “Things I have done during the past one year” and “New Year Resolution“. This is the 1st Anniversary, it’s like some sort of AhDoe.com’s one year-old birthday and not AhDoe.com’s first New Year, so forget about listing all these craps under this post.

Ah Doe just wants to thank all of you who have supported this website, paid attention or requested something from the site and recommended this site to others. It’s not easy to transcribe songs. Really, I’m not lying about this! To construct a new piano sheet, the process includes finding the songs (Raw material lah!), listening to the songs and trap the songs in between to jot down the notes before I forget how they sound like, put them into notes, count the beats, add the lyrics and chords, and finally — audit the songs before I publish them.

Well, I shall talk about this in-depth next time.

Most importantly, I just want to let all of you know that your continuous support is the reason that kept me going on all the while. Big muaks to all of you!

Let’s march into the second year together!

I can’t resist the continuous promotion of this Taiwanese Drama, I see it everywhere: The Newspaper, Internet, VCD outlets etc. I don’t even know who is this guy called Ruan Jing Tian/ Ethan Ruan (阮经天) before I watch the drama, I just can’t stop being curious about this drama and how it got the recognition from the press.

So, Ah Doe decided to see it for herself, and unexpectedly got hooked to the computer for days! Shit, I underestimated the charm of this drama!

You’re My Destiny Poster

First Episode: Ethan Ruan and Joe Chen (陈乔恩) showed off their “skills” by having a one night stand.

18sx – No kids please!

Good start! Joan Chen got pregnant after their “ahem” and the story circles around how they advanced from strangers to husband and wife, with another girlfriend and the baby between them, the love story gets a little complicated.

There are some funny settings in the episodes but I don’t favour all of them. Some of those are quite lame for me. Overall, this show will send another wave for drama lovers. Ethan Ruan is the Taiwanese version “Kwon Sang Wu” due to his ever ready teary eyes, handsome outlook, nice body figure (He was a swimmer) and most importantly, he is the best spokeman of the spoony character in this drama.

Out of many songs from this drama, my favourite one is “My Happiness” (我的快乐) by The Jin Xiu Duet (锦绣二重唱). This song normally will be played at sad scenes and romantic scenes. It’s a triple Beat song that goes well with the step of Waltz.

Misty Dance Floor + Nice looking Couples + Beautiful Music + Waltz

I really like this song, it sounds a little tragic but romantic, the piano movement is similar to those Jazz in piano lounge. I can’t explain why I’ll become sentimental when I listen to it.

I believe many people out there are hunting for this song, here’s one for you!

Facts about the piano sheet:

1) It’s in original key, A Minor (No accidentals, but some sharps due to the melodic Minor)

2) 3 beats, remember to focus on the bass. If not others can’t dance with it ok?

4) The melody and accompaniment are separated. You can choose which one to play, or you can re-design the whole sheet on your own

5) Oh, I hope you can pass through some difficult parts. There are Appregios, Chromatic Scales, Octaves, Dotted Quavers and a solo! Without this, this song will not be as nice as it is…

Although Teresa Teng (邓丽君) has left us for 13 years, she is still one of my favourite singers. There is no one else who can sing like her, fascinate audiences with sweet smile and a lovely character. Maybe it’s interesting to know, she is also famous of her nice, lengthy legs!

While doing this piano sheet, I listened to this song over and over again, and it reminds me of my childhood back then. Teresa’s songs really symbolize those days in the 80s to 90s.

Too bad, she passed away suddenly in 1995 at the age of 42……a bright but short life.

Chinese’s Lantern Festival is all about the Moon, and this year we’ll celebrate the occasion with this song.
