Another piano sheet from the Flower Over Boys Korean Drama.

As I mentioned in my last post, this song represents Kim Hyun Joong’s (金賢重) character in Flower over Boys drama.

For those who didn’t know, Kim Hyun Joong is also the leader of SS501 boy band. Therefore one of the voices you hear in this song belongs to him.

In one scene of this drama, he openly sang the unplugged version of this song in front of the throng to raise money for his love one.

The main difference between this version and the previous instrumental version is their tempo and the bass. This version is generally the mirror of the original vocal version by SS501.

My summary is: This version harder (Ooops!) but more faithful to the original.

Khalil Fong’s (方大同) Love Love Love (愛愛愛) from THIS LOVE album.

Frankly speaking, I’ve considered transcribing this song before but backed off when I noticed that there are so much Jazz in it. To elaborate further, Jazz comprises of hell lot of semitones and rhythmic bass, which is not an easy task.

The most touching phrase that I want to say is: For the sake of my readers/ requesters, I still did it!

This time I did it more differently. I simplified the chords and make the whole piece sounds cleaner than my usual style, hoping that this could accommodate more younger players.

For those who don’t know who is Khalil Fong or Fang Da Tong in Mandarin, he’s one of the fastest rising artists who can sing, compose and produce music on his own. He’s only 26 now, borned in Hawaii, lived in Shanghai and Hong Kong before. Looks not so handsome to me lah, but hey! Who cares anyway…

Remember the weird feeling that lingers in your mind after you finish this movie? Not only its plot, its soundtrack is depressing as well.

This is another beautiful written song by Alexandre Desplat. I should say that it sounds like Wong Chia Chi very much, as if something is always bothering her.

I personally like my transcription for this song very much. For the first time, I’ve added the pedalling signals in piano sheet to remind all players that echo is essential for this piece. But mind you, a dirty echo will screw the whole song up. So make sure you change pedal before transitting to another chord.

I’ve done a piano sheet for Lust Caution theme song around one year ago right after its trailer was out, but that was not really enough.
