I am in love struck mood again…

This is the second “Boys of Flower” that I’ve watched since the Taiwanese version years back.

Koo Hye Sun (具慧善) is the Cinderalla who pairs with Lee Min Ho (李敏鎬) in this Korean Drama. Other than Lee Min Ho, Kim Hyun Joong (金賢重) is definitely the dream guy of every girl. Kim Sang-bum (金范) and Kim Joon (金俊) are the other 2 member of F4.

If you ask me, I will tell you that my favourite flower boy is Kim Hyun Joong…

This is also why I chose this instrumental piece which is very much connected to his role in this drama: The instrumental version of “Because I am Stupid” by SS501.

There are 56 episodes in this drama and I have neglected lots of my other routine work while rushing it through.

Oh dear, I have almost given up when I realized that the first few episodes are still telling stories about the casts’ childhood. It’s a bit draggy, but somehow due to some reasons that I don’t even know, I just finished it.

There are so many songs in East of Eden soundtrack and I really had a hard time to choose which song to transcribe.

In the end…I chose the song that represents Song Seung Hun (宋承宪) and Lee Yeon Hee (李研希) who acted as a pair of miserable and ill-fated lovers in this drama:

Yes, this is the same song that Faye Wong (王菲) sang before – Red Bean (红豆), and it has been translated into Korean and fitted into this drama. In fact, the Korean singer Lee Bo Ram (SeeYa) managed to express this song in her own style. Therefore both Chinese and Korean versions are special in their own ways.

Luckily I’ve expected the movie plot to be in this way, if not I’ll join the audience in tears.

This is also the reason why Departure (おくりびと，入殓师) won the Academy Award for Best Foreign Language Film at the Oscar.

Basically the film discusses death in another point of view. It’s sad but somehow I can’t control myself from laughing at certain scenes because of the hillarious dialogue. Watching this film is like riding a roller coaster in short, at one point you can’t stop laughing and while you are still unprepared for what happens next, the movie reminds you of reality.

Guess this is why it touches people’s heart too.

The main actor in the movie, Masahiro Motoki (本木雅弘) is a former cellist who then switched his profession by chance. One of the main soundtrack is Memory, with cello as the leading instrument and accompanied by piano which is composed by Joe Hisaishi (久石让), who is best known for his work in Hayao Miyazaki’s (宫崎骏) animated feature films.

Just watched Twilight recently. The cinematography is nice, and really romantic for teens. I guessed I’m too old for it. Anyway, it serves as a nice popcorn break after work.

I can barely recognize Kristen Stewart although I knew that she was the child actor in Panic Room years ago. As for Robert Pattinson, I have to agree that this cute little guy is so stylish that I bet even aunties will scream for him! Now I can foresee the fight between him, Zac Efron from High Musical and Shia LaBeouf from Transformers to becoming the next hottest star.

I know I shouldn’t spoil the romance of Twilight, but I’d really like to share this “Twilight Trailer Spoof” with you all. Make sure you don’t watch this spoof video before you see the real Twilight movie ok?

From now onwards the original Twilight movie seems so funny than ever. Blame this spoof!
