You’ve got mail!
In order to serve our customers better, the digital copies of music sheets are delivered within 24 hours upon payment. Rather than waiting for a music score to arrive at your door step via snail mail, more and more customers are starting to find the electronic copies useful.
However, things might go wrong sometimes. These are the two common problems we always encounter.
1. The music score you purchased lands in the Junk Mail Folder
Very common problem. If you use Internet a lot, the junk mail box will be the first thing you would check before coming back to us.
Depending on the security settings of your mailbox, some emails, especially those with attachments might be mistreated as junk mails.
2. The music score cannot reach you at all due to server issue
It could be your server or mine, but Ah Doe will always check our side and try to reach you before concluding nothing else can be done.
Never give up is our motto!
Now, if it really is not our server and there is no other way to reach you. (I can imagine you waiting for the music score to arrive, full of anticipation…)
