I am not sure why Alexandre Desplat did the soundtrack for Twilight Saga. Carter Burwell was quite good as well isn’t it? And so, this will be the third Alexandre Desplat’s composition that I had worked on.

Out of so many songs from the soundtrack, I chose “The Meadow” because it is relatively easier than the rest. There are no complicated harmonics or flying notes. Just simple appregios and simple melody.

Who says nice music has to be complicated anyway right?

This piano sheet is for Elysia.

I have been in love with this song since many years ago. There is just something special about this song but I don’t know how to describe it.

This version is slightly different from what I’ve played in front of you and it’s closer to the original. Remember I couldn’t even recall the sequence of the whole song? You should be referring to this piano sheet instead of my playing.

Reminded me that I have not watched any drama for a long long time. The last one was a TVB drama in last year’s November. The worst of all, I’ve never heard anything about this Korean drama called “Style” before. Is it new?

I was still in secondary school back then, but I was already quite familiar with all her songs.
